So I first came to Hotwheelz last year to do basic servicing. But as time goes by, my bike gave me so many problems. So I kept coming back to get it checked up. The customer service from Kayla was superb! She’s patient and listens to what’s going on with my bike. The mechanic Alex will always check up on my bike and make sure everything is tip-top until the bike is handover to me. So a few months ago I came to Hotwheels cause there was a major problem with my bike and I sent it for a full overhaul. Ever since then my bike felt like new. The engine was super smooth. Sent my Z1000 to MJ and his team in Hotwheelz for diagnosis, top overhaul, and throttle body sync on the first visit. MJ, Kayla, and their mechs left a good impression with their knowledge of Kawasaki bikes. Although the wait for some of the parts took quite a while to arrive due to availability in stock from JB and KL, they managed to get direct from Japan and quickly fixed up the bike knowing that I needed it urgently. My partner and I appreciate the work done in assuring us that our bike is in solid condition and with a smooth riding experience.
